Bloomington-Normal Airport Authority Assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex or creed as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity. Any person who believes that he or she has been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin (including LEP), sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), creed, or age has the right to file a complaint with the Authority.
